What is your favorite part of your job?
I enjoy submitting applications and receiving approval notifications. I also enjoy adding new employees to our team and watching PTS grow. I love helping other team members with credentialing and insurances issues and creating new ways to keep the team organized, functioning efficiently and effectively.

Why does mental health matter to you?
Mental health matters to me because it helps people to enhance their overall wellbeing. It may help them feel better not only about themselves, but others, too. It also helps to manage their feelings and deal with everyday difficulties. It makes me feel whole knowing I have a connection with a team that helps alleviate life’s problems  so people can live a happier life.

When you’re not at work, what can we find you doing?
When I’m not working, you can find me getting my creative juices flowing. I love to create jewelry and crafts. I paint, sew, cook, and write. It is so relaxing for me; it gives my brain much-needed relief!

Describe your dream vacation.
My dream vacation would be to take a trip to Italy and visit the city of Milan. I would love to visit a few of their boutiques. I’ve read that Via Montenapoleone is one of the top streets for luxury shopping in Italy. I want to walk along this street and shop for designer brands like Emilio Pucci and Armani, just to name a few. I would also like to visit a wine vineyard to taste the different wines and cocktails paired with strong cheeses and learn about the city’s culinary history and artists. After my day of shopping and touring, I would have a glass of one of the fine bottles I sampled earlier that day and admire the beauty of Rome’s calming sunset.
