Philosophy
I meet clients where they are and use a strength-based approach to identify skills and tools you are utilizing that we can build on to accomplish your goals. We will work to identify barriers to those goals and ways to overcome those goals to live a value-driven life.
Personal Statement
I grew up in a big, loud, loving family and learned early on that I wanted to help other families and individuals have better interpersonal relationships. I fell in love with psychology my first year of college and never looked back. Throughout my training and career, I learned that I enjoy working with a variety of people across the lifespan and with different struggles and disorders. I have a wealth of training and experience working in multiple settings. Helping people meet their personal goals and watching their growth is my motivation. I can’t wait to help you.
