Philosophy

I am passionately and compassionate devoted to creating environments for adults and children to experience freedom, healing, and growth. We all come to therapy on our own personal journey and as your therapist, I will come along side you in helping to navigate, explore, and conquer new pathways. I will fight for you, advocate for you, and cheer you on because you are worthy of good things!

Personal Statement

Therapy is a safe place where you can experience freedom, healing, and growth and feel broken with the empathic support of another. You do not have to be strong, be put together, or have all the answers in therapy. My call as a therapist is to partner with you on your journey, helping you to reach your goals and advocate with you to become a version of yourself that brings you peace and joy. During my journey of becoming a therapist, I began working with young children and saw the healing power of play (even for us grown-ups) as well as how influencing a child can positively impact a family. As a therapist, I have worked with adults, children, parents, and families and am passionate about individual freedom, healing, and growth as well as helping families create healthy and happy homes. This journey is not meant to be walked alone. Will you allow me to support you as you embark on this journey?
