Every person is the boss of their own life. I want to be able to meet every individual where they are in order to work through any struggles they may face. The therapeutic relationship comes with a therapist who has great compassion towards others and be able to provide a safe safe as well.
I believe therapy is a perfect opportunity to be our true selves and feel supported as well. My goal as a therapist is to be there for you while you make your way through this journey. I have experience working with teens and young adults which has given me great insight to understand what they are going through during the trying time of adolescence. It’s a step forward to ask for help and engage in therapy, can’t wait to work with you on your journey.
