Philosophy
I have been working with clients for over 30 years. I have worked with clients in the area of anxiety/panic, depression, self-esteem issues. domestic violence and stress management. Change can be hard and scary. Taking a step to make a personal change is the best thing you can do for yourself as you deserve to live the life you want. I have dealt with several challenges in my personal life including being a single mother, dealing with domestic violence and wanting to give up at times. I am here to reassure you that you have the strength to move forward, as difficult as it may be, to find personal fulfilment on your journey.
Personal Statement
My passion is helping individuals become successful in navigating through the challenges and struggles in life. My goal is to provide a safe nonjudgmental place for clients to feel comfortable in exploring past and present issues which take away from daily happiness. I am client centered focusing on what you feel is important to work on. Using techniques including CBT, mindfulness, solution focused therapy and reality therapy, you can move forward and make the changes you desire. I look forward to helping you to improve your quality of life.
