My philosophy on therapy involves a creative, eclectic, and collaborative use of therapeutic styles to best match your specific needs and personality. You are a unique individual, and I am grateful for the opportunity to explore your strengths and support you in developing meaningful skills, resiliency, and lasting change. No matter who you are, where you’re from, or what you’re going through, you deserve to be helped and to be heard!
Life is not always easy. Sometimes, we fall down, and we stay down much longer than we’d like. Sometimes, getting up can be more difficult than we ever imagined. Sometimes, asking for help can seem impossible. Though seeking help can be a scary and overwhelming journey, each life-changing adventure begins with taking one single footstep. I believe that in therapy, you are in charge of this journey and all its twists, turns, pit stops, and speed limits. My job is to provide you with a safe environment and guidance as you explore your strengths, find balance, process your emotions, and develop skills. Whenever you’re ready to take these steps and start this journey, I’ve got my bags packed, ready to go with you!
What do you love doing more than anything in the world?
Any kind of outdoor adventure, like hiking or even walking my dog.
What is the self-care strategy you use most often?
It’s tough to pick between reading, listening to music, and playing video games. It definitely depends on what I need that day.

Geologist or archeologist!
