It is important for me to establish a therapeutic alliance with you and to meet you where you’re at. I will create a safe, inclusive, respectful, and caring environment free of judgments, where you can share your vulnerabilities, and feel supported in achieving your goals. I draw from a variety of theories and work collaboratively with you to integrate approaches that would be most efficacious given your unique needs and challenges. You are the expert of your life, and I am here to journey with you, to offer compassionate listening and clinical skills.
I feel incredibly blessed and honored to have worked and journeyed with individuals, couples, and families as they moved towards healing from a variety of issues the past couple decades. I was privileged to have listened to the clients’ openness and vulnerabilities, to identify their resilience and strength, and to witness them move towards healing, growth, and recovery. It truly is a joy for me to be invited in deeply, sharing a space that engages life’s most authentic and challenging experiences— in processing difficult emotions, moving through grief and hurts, and fostering authenticity and connection in self and relationships.
