Philosophy
An environment where you feel safe and supported to learn and grow is a key component of therapy. I believe this kind of environment and a strong therapeutic relationship will help you on your journey to identify your goals and empower you to work toward the life you want to be living.
Personal Statement
I utilize a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach to therapy that emphasizes your goals and helps you clarify next steps toward achieving them. I have worked in the field of substance abuse for the past 3 years where I have worked with individuals on a variety of concerns ranging from mental health and trauma to relationships, life transitions, and coping with life’s stressors. I believe that we are all capable of living up to our full potential, and we all need support sometimes as we navigate the ups and downs of life. It takes a lot of strength to take the step to begin therapy and I would be honored to walk alongside you on this part of your journey.
