Philosophy

My approach to treatment is eclectic and client led. My philosophy is to meet the client “where they are at”. I use a strengths-based approach and work beside them to help discover meaning and connection in all areas of life. I believe there is more than one road to fulfillment and I love working alongside people to find theirs.

Personal Statement

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you simply cannot move forward? Life is a journey of ups and downs. Sometimes all you need is a unique perspective or someone willing to not just listen but really hear you. We have all been there, I welcome the opportunity to help you create a path to living your best life, whether that is healing from past trauma, dealing with loss or illness, or manage anxiety and depression. I am an ally. I am a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker, with MS in Criminal Justice specializing in victim advocacy. I believe in a holistic style of healing that is client led. I use a strengths-based approach to help you figure out what is best for you as an individual because no two paths are alike. I have a plethora of experience assisting clients to process and heal through sexual trauma using empowerment. Please reach out if you are interested in putting joy, meaning and authenticity back into your life.
