At times, life likes to throw us curve balls, and with these curve balls come challenges. My goal is to help you learn and identify safe ways to cope with these stresses and to be a better supporter of yourself all while identifying your own strengths. There will be times when we are challenged more than others and may feel like the world is closing in; and in these times, finding support can be beneficial to your own wellbeing. My goal is to help you feel safe when you are at your most vulnerable state, to be empathetic to your situation, and to help you find effective coping skills along the way.
Throughout life, you will be challenged and pushed in ways you may have never expected. These times can be concerning, frustrating, and even scary. My goal is to help you navigate through those difficult times and develop your own sense of self. We all have different strengths, and sometimes we just need a little help remembering what those strengths are. I encourage the sometimes bumpy road while navigating because that is truly the best way for us to learn and grow. What has happened over time and the mistakes we may have made do not define who we are as people.
The process can be scary and a little unsettling at times. By creating a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental place, my hope is that we can resolve any concerning conflicts you may have and for you to not feel like you are alone in the process. I am here to assist you in finding your own way and achieving your goals.
