Philosophy
My goal is that when you walk out the door, you feel lighter then when you entered. I seek to offer support and insight into one’s own strengths and abilities.
Personal Statement
I have a strong desire to uplift others in a sincere and authentic manner. I have been given the opportunity to work with others during some of the most difficult times of their lives. It’s been an honor to come alongside someone and offer support and a listening ear. I believe that therapy is a way for people to get help, help that they may not even know they need. I know that asking for help and walking in the door for therapy is the hardest and first step; but is the most important! I have worked with adults, children and families who have experienced domestic violence, sexual abuse, child abuse, grief and loss, etc. I have worked at schools, homes, courts, and offices offering support to children and families. I am very passionate about child welfare and adoption. I am looking forward to meeting with you and walking alongside you; where ever you are on life’s journey!
