Philosophy
The client-therapist relationship is the foundation for cultivating lasting change and personal growth. This facilitates the client increasing self-awareness, insight, and being empowered to heal, resolve problems, and guide their life in a direction that fosters growth. In turn, this will strengthen the health and well-being of communities.
Personal Statement
My passion is to support and empower others toward personal growth. I offer a compassionate, safe, and therapeutic treatment experience to work through the barriers and challenges in life. Clients will build upon their strengths while learning needed coping and life skills. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches; my goal is to tailor the approach and the therapeutic experience to what is most suitable and effective for the client. Clients may then enjoy the rewards of a healthier lifestyle and a greater sense of self-esteem and fulfillment.
